Week 2: Why are you waking me up to tell me this!!!?

Hola Everyone!! 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU CORBIN! YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT IN MEXICO!!!

Thank you all so much for writing me! It makes me soo happy to know that you care about me! First off I need to tell you mom! Do not send big packages to the MTC here, they said send it to the misson home in Uruguay! But letters are fine.

So where to begin for today!? The MTC is getting better and better I love it here! I will start off telling you about my companion! He is a very young looking boy who is from Kansas and you could say that if you saw him you might think that Garrett is older than him haha. But he is really nice and he came on his mission right out of high school. The reason that he is so funny is because he is so innocent and he tries really hard to make sure that he keeps all the rules perfectly! So saying that one of the nights I was sleeping and at about 3 in the morning! He told me he had to go to the bathroom and I was like what!? Why are you waking me up to tell me this!!!? And he was like, you have to come with me, we always have to be together and then I just started laughing and I went to the bathroom with him and then went back to sleep. But then in the morning, I told him, that we don't have to be together when you go to the bathroom, haha so that is my funny story. So yeah I love him, he is pretty funny!

So moving on, we said goodbye to the latinos last Tuesday! and I took some pictures of us at the temple and all the stuff so I will try to send those to you sometime. The temple here is beautiful! but it was really weird cause the sessions are all in Spanish and at the end I had to speak in Spanish! So that was pretty hard! 

But the most exciting thing I have to tell you is that I go proselitismo!!  I get to go out to the city and teach people about the gospel!!!! I will tell you about it next email! I go this Saturday so make sure you pray for me a ton!

It was nice to here about the things going on back home! G!! keep up the good work in basketball! Maybe you will be able to beat me when I get back! But maybe not, because I play basketball everyday! Vanessa and Dave, it was great to hear from you! That awesome you are getting a new car!  Make sure it is super stylish and keep telling me about Avonlea and the new baby progress. The only boy names I have heard of are Predro, Juan and Estaban, so if any of those sound good haha MOM and Dad thanks for reminding me to have a good attitude! I always remember to tell myself if you are not having fun, then you are not doing it right! It was also nice to hear that Dad was working and lifting boxes like his former 20 year old self again. haha
